DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Programme Officer of the CREWS Secretariat, and in close cooperation with the Temporary staff hired for the development of the Annual Report the intern will be supporting research and analysis contributing to two products - 2019 Annual Report and Updating of the Mapping of needs, demands and leveraging in LDCs and SIDS.
In particular the intern will:
1. Support the preparation of the 2019 Annual Report:
 Assist in the data collection on the CREWS programme indicators to be applied in the 2019 Annual Report;
 Assist in the collection of examples of outcomes and results to be highlighted in the Annual Report;

2. Support the updating of the mapping of needs, demands and leveraging in LDCs and SIDs:
 Assist in the data collection and analysis;
 Assist in the development of reports and documents;
 Assist in the organization of meetings/consultations with relevant organizations for data collection.

3. Carry out other relevant duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Bachelor preferred

Experience
Desirable but not compulsory.

Other requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and Microsoft Office, statistical software. Analytical skills


Languages
English

(Note: The official languages of the Organization are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.)
