DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Extrabudgetary Contributions team, including coordination with the project managers, in analyzing award and project related information in preparation of the new ERP system, which is expected to go-live 1 January 2025;

2. Assist the Extrabudgetary Contributions team in preparing Official Receipt letters related to the receipt of voluntary contributions;

3. Assist the Financial Reporting team in the review and clean-up of general ledger data in anticipation of the new ERP system;

4. Undertake other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Received or in process of obtaining a first level degree in business, accounting, finance or other related field.


Experience
No specific experience required; however, having experience working in accounting related activities is a distinct advantage.

Other requirements
- Positive.

- Desire to learn and contribute; ability to work in multi-cultural environments.

Languages
Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written).
Knowledge of French is desirable. Knowledge of other official languages of the Organization would be an advantage.
